Pope/Douglas will be constructing a new the Environmental Center.
This facility will serve the growing recycling and problem material management needs of Pope and Douglas counties.
To help make this happen, Pope/Douglas secured CAP bonding funds through the 2020 MN Legislative Session.

Reuse Center
Bigger and Better!
Reuse Center will still feature items that are recovered from the Household Hazardous Waste drop-offs.
New items may include, bikes, mowers, furniture, decorations, books, pots/pans, dishes.
Keeping perfectly good items out of the garbage.
