Pope/Douglas Solid Waste is developing a recycling pilot program to expand recycling access to multifamily dwelling units (apartments, condominiums, townhouses, and assisted living facilities).

Pope/Douglas will be unveiling additional resources dedicated to multifamily recycling.
Items will include; common area posters, bin/dumpster stickers, individual unit recycling totes.
What is Multifamily?
Multifamily is defined as that is composed of 4 or more units.
These include apartments, condos/condominiums, townhouses, HOA’s (Home Owner Associations), independent living, assisted living.
Single family houses, duplexes and triplexes fall under traditional curbside recycling programs.
